Custom Printed Milky White PE Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Hand Sanitizer Refill

This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid products such as hand sanitizer and disinfectant. The pouch body holds its shape, and a folded bottom gusset keeps it standing steadily on shelves and during transport. Four-side sealing with a reinforced bottom seal creates a tight, pressure-resistant closure that resists bursting. A screw-cap spout sits on top, in either a standard version or a leak-resistant silicone valve version. Both pour smoothly, allow one-hand dosing and stay sealed after repeated opening and closing, which suits family-size and refill formats.

The pouch is made from a milky white PE composite film, and the layer structure can combine PET, NY, AL and PE to match the filling product and shelf-life requirement, balancing barrier performance with flexibility and resistance to liquid attack. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear detail and stable colour, in matte or gloss finish, while a plain unprinted milky white look is also available. Common capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and cap style can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

These spout pouches are widely used for hand sanitizer, body wash, shampoo, disinfectant, laundry liquid, sauces and juices, in brand refill packs as well as factory filling and e-commerce sales. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm material structure, pouch type and size, approve the proof, then move to bulk production.
