Product Overview
This flip-top spout pouch is designed around a large-capacity, self-standing structure. The plain, unprinted body is folded at the base so the bag stands upright on the shelf, while the flip-top spout opens and closes easily for smooth pouring and less dripping after use. Seals on all sides are flat and firm, and the joint between the spout and the pouch is reinforced so the bag holds up well when squeezed or refilled.
The pouch is built mainly from milky white PE laminated film, and the thickness and inner layer can be matched to the filling weight and the liquid inside, balancing stiffness with flexibility. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps fine detail and consistent colour across large solid areas and full backgrounds. Standard sizes range from 100ml to 5L, and spout type, bag dimensions and opening size can all be adjusted, or supplied plain for labelling.

We support customization from your sample or artwork: once the material structure and print file are confirmed, we move to sampling and volume production.
