Custom Printed 3L Handled Stand-Up Spouted Pouch for Tea, Milk Tea and Coffee Drinks

Built on a stand-up pouch format, this spouted bag uses a folded gusset base that keeps it steady on the shelf and stable during filling. A screw cap or push-pull spout sits at the top, and the spout diameter and valve type can be matched to the liquid being packed, giving easy pouring and reliable resealing. Carry holes can be added to the side or base so larger sizes such as 3L are simple to lift and carry. Seals are flat and firm, with rounded or cut corners available.

The laminate is typically PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or NY/PE, selected according to the product and the sterilisation method, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and flexibility. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles gradients, spot colours and fine text, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes available. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout position and outlet size can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
