This stand-up spout pouch features a centre-fit spout set into the top of the bag, so the pouch can stand upright on the shelf and be squeezed or poured with one hand. The base is gusseted and heat-sealed on all four sides for a firm, self-supporting shape that resists collapsing during filling and transport. Spout options include standard screw caps, flip-top caps and leak-resistant silicone valve designs, with neck diameters matched to your filling line.

The pouch body is normally built from food-contact laminated film such as PET/PE or PA/PE, and the inner layer can be adjusted to suit the acidity, filling temperature and shelf-life requirements of your product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, either as partial graphics on a clear bag or as full-surface coverage. Customisation from your sample or artwork is welcome, and a proofing round can confirm colours and layout before mass production. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, with bag width, height, spout diameter and cap type matched to your equipment.

Typical applications include single-use refill packs for laundry detergent, fabric softener, travel-size personal care, soy sauce and liquid condiments, drinks, pet products and small agrochemical packs. The usual process is a short brief, sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and sign-off, then bulk production, inspection and shipment.
