475ml Custom Printed Spouted Pouch for Weakly Alkaline Water

This spouted pouch is built for portable liquid drinks. The stand-up style is the most common choice, while three-side-seal and shaped formats are also available. All four edges are heat sealed, and a folded bottom gusset keeps the filled bag standing upright on the shelf. The spout can be fitted with a standard screw cap, a tamper-evident cap or a press valve, in different bore sizes for sipping or pouring. The weld between spout and film is reinforced to reduce leakage, making the pouch suitable for products with a longer shelf life.

Pouch film is usually a PET/AL/PE, PET/PA/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminate. Barrier layers can be adjusted to suit the filling and storage needs, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and light blocking. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, which reproduces fine detail, solid colour blocks and smooth gradients. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, with spout diameter and pouch dimensions matched to the fill volume. Roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside the finished pouches.
