This stand-up spouted pouch with a built-in handle is designed for liquid products that need to be poured and stored repeatedly. The pouch stands firmly on the shelf, while the top handle makes carrying easy even when the bag is filled to full capacity. Body construction can be four-side sealed or center sealed with a bottom gusset, giving even seal widths and reliable heat seals that help reduce leakage. Spout options include straight, custom-shaped and valve spouts, matched with screw caps or flip caps for smooth, controllable pouring.

The usual material is multi-layer laminated film such as PET/NY/PE or PET/AL/PE. The barrier layer and film thickness can be adjusted to suit the filling, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and light protection. Surface printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which gives rich colour gradation and firmly bonded graphics that resist fading. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, pouch dimensions, handle position and pouring direction can all be made to your drawing or sample.

Typical applications include seawater nutrients, aquarium pH conditioners and other aquatic liquids, as well as detergents and care liquids for daily chemical use.
