10g Hotel Toiletry Spout Pouch for Shampoo and Body Lotion Sachets

This spout pouch is designed for small-dose hotel toiletries and personal care refills. The bag shape can be die-cut into irregular silhouettes, three-side-seal or stand-up formats, with rounded or angled corners that open easily by hand. The spout uses a screw-cap structure, available as a straight nozzle, flip-top cap or leak-resistant silicone valve, so liquid flows out smoothly without backflow. Heat-sealed edges run around the body and the spout root is reinforced for a stable seal, making the pouch suitable for filling 10g to 500ml of lotions, gels and similar liquids.

Pouch bodies are commonly built from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE laminates, with the barrier layer selected according to the contents and required shelf life and a food-grade heat-seal inner layer for acid, alcohol and leakage resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering spot colours and full-coverage gradients, with clear detail and consistent colour between runs. Capacities from 10g to 500ml are available, with 8mm, 10mm and 12mm spout diameters as standard; bag width, length and die-cut outline are produced to your artwork, and matching roll film can be supplied.
