This stand-up spouted pouch is designed for liquid and semi-liquid food packaging. A gusseted base lets the filled pouch stand upright for stable shelf display, while the body is built with four-side or three-side seal construction. A fitment is welded at the top or corner and can be fitted with a screw cap, flip-top or one-way valve, so consumers can drink straight from the pouch or reseal it. The strong heat seal between fitment and film keeps the pack leak-resistant and suitable for continuous filling lines.
Pouches are made from food-grade laminated films such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with barrier, light-blocking or temperature-resistant structures selected to suit the filling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear artwork detail and consistent colour across runs, with options for full-surface backgrounds and matt or gloss finishes. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and spout position can all be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
