Custom Stand-Up Spouted Pouches for Vehicle Fluids and Gear Oil

Built for small-format vehicle fluids, this stand-up spouted pouch uses a gusseted base that lets it stand upright on shelves and workshop benches. The seal edges are flat and firm, with wider side and bottom seals available to reduce leakage risk. A screw-cap spout, flip-top spout or slim pour nozzle can be fitted at the top, so thicker liquids such as gear oil and antifreeze flow out smoothly. Reseal the cap after pouring for multi-use dispensing and easy stacking during transport.

Material structure is chosen to suit the fill and shelf-life target, typically PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE laminates with a PE inner sealing layer that handles liquid contact, acid and alkali content and puncture stress. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail, small text and solid colour blocks, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Pouch sizes and volumes from 100ml to 5L are produced to order, and spout diameter, bag width and length can be matched to your filling line and carton.
