Custom Printed Clear Spouted Pouches for Liquid and Jelly Filling

This spouted pouch is built on a stand-up structure with a folded bottom gusset, so the bag stands firmly on the shelf and is easy to display or store on its side. All four sides are heat-sealed for a tight, leak-resistant finish. The top can be fitted with a screw cap spout, a straight spout, or a spout with an anti-leak valve, and the spout diameter and position can be adjusted to match your filling line. The design centres on easy liquid filling and clean dispensing, covering both small portion packs and larger storage formats.

Pouches are typically made from multilayer laminated film such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with all-plastic or foil structures available to suit different contents, barrier needs, puncture resistance and temperature exposure. Surfaces can be printed in 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp detail and consistent colour, with matte or gloss finishes on request. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout type and seal width can be adapted to your filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.

Typical applications include jelly, drinks, soy milk, coffee, soup, sauces and herbal liquids, as well as catering takeaway and in-plant transfer packaging for food processors. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm material, size and print layout, then we make a sample for approval before bulk production.
