Product Overview
This stand-up spouted pouch is built for liquid foods and similar flowable contents. The base gusset is heat-sealed so the bag stands upright on the shelf, saving space during filling and display. Wide side seals keep the pouch closed under pressure, while the top spout is available with a screw cap or a leak-resistant valve. Thickened film and a reinforced spout base help reduce dripping and leakage during transport.
Pouches are usually made from food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, and the barrier layer or inner sealing film can be adjusted to suit the filling. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which holds fine detail and solid colour well. Custom work from your sample or artwork is welcome, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied for automatic lines. Volumes from 100ml to 5L are available.
