5L Large-Mouth Double-Handle Spouted Pouch for Floor Paint and Water-Based Coatings

This spouted pouch is designed for large-volume liquids such as floor paint and water-based coatings. The body uses a self-standing format with a widened bottom gusset, so a filled bag stays upright on the shelf. Twin carry handles on the sides make lifting and pouring easier, while the wide-mouth spout delivers a fast, clog-free flow. A screw cap or sealing plug keeps the contents protected between uses, reducing spills and skinning. Heat-sealed edges give a flat, firm finish suited to heavier fills.

Bag construction is built from laminated films such as PET, NY, AL and PE, selected to balance barrier performance, puncture resistance and load-bearing strength; inner layers can be adjusted for chemical contact. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which holds fine detail and consistent registration across small text and solid colour blocks. Standard capacities run from 1L to 5L, with bag width, length and spout diameter open to adjustment. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for continuous filling lines.

Typical applications include floor paint, waterproof coatings, water-based paint, adhesives, cleaning agents and certain liquid food products, serving hardware and building material stores, coating brands and filling plants. Customisation is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm the material structure and print layout, then approve a proof before production.
