500ml Acid-Resistant Milky White PE Stand-Up Pouch with Spout for Liquid Detergent

This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid detergent and similar products. A widened bottom gusset lets the filled bag stand upright on the shelf, keeping displays tidy and making the pack easy to handle until the last drop. The body is heat-sealed on all four sides for a flat, strong seam that resists pressure and leakage. The top is fitted with a screw spout, available in standard, tamper-evident or flip-top versions, and a valve plus pump option is also possible. Spout position and diameter can be adjusted to match your filling line.

The pouch is made mainly from milky white PE, supplied as a single-layer film or a multi-layer composite depending on the contents. It stands up well to acids and alkalis, so detergents and cleaners do not cause brittleness or leakage over time. Surfaces take 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear, well-registered graphics and good ink adhesion for brand colours, product text and barcodes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L. Bag size, spout size and film thickness can follow your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is available.

Typical uses include laundry liquid, dish soap, fabric softener, disinfectant and hand wash, as well as selected chemical and agrochemical liquids.
