Product Overview
This spout pouch is designed as refill packaging for liquid daily-care products. The standard format is a stand-up pouch with a gusseted or rounded bottom and neatly sealed side edges. The top can be fitted with a straight spout, an angled spout or a valve spout for controlled pouring, and a handle hole or integrated handle can be added for larger fills. The structure can be adjusted to match either automatic filling lines or manual filling.
The pouch is built from multi-layer laminated film such as PET, nylon, aluminium foil and PE, with the inner layer selected to suit acidic or alkaline contents, so the bag resists alkali, squeezing and leakage. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear image layers, plus matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, spout diameter, film thickness and seal width can all be set to order. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

The custom process starts with your sample or artwork to confirm the structure, then a proof for colour approval before mass production.
