This zipper pouch is made for pet treats, freeze-dried snacks and similar products that are taken out of the pack a little at a time. The top zipper lets the owner reclose the pouch after every feeding, so the product stays away from air and moisture between uses and the pack keeps its shape on the shelf.
The laminate protects the contents with a barrier layer against moisture and oxygen and an inner heat-seal layer that gives a clean seal at the pouch edges. A clear window can be added so the treat is visible from the outside, which is often the deciding factor for buyers comparing packs on the shelf. Pack weight, pouch size and zipper position are made to your specification, and the film gauge follows the fill weight.
Artwork is printed in 1–8 colours on rotogravure, and the design space covers the full front panel. As a custom pet food packaging supplier we support treat brands and co-packers, manufacturing at our Dongguan, Guangdong plant with samples before volume runs.
