Laminated roll film is supplied to factories running their own automatic packaging machines for continuous filling of liquids, pastes, powders and granules. We slit to your web width, roll diameter, core diameter and unwind direction so the roll runs as soon as it arrives, cutting changeover time and start-up waste. Thickness ranges from 60 to 150μm and is tuned to your product and line speed.
Structure options include standard PET/PE, high-barrier PET/AL/PE, medium-barrier metallised PET/VMPET/PE, and puncture-resistant PET/NY/PE. The inner PE grade is selected for your sealing temperature and seal-strength requirement. Surface finishes include gloss, matt and soft-touch, and printing is ten-colour gravure with full-coverage backgrounds and spot colours.
Unprinted film in common specifications is held in stock for short lead times and small trial runs; printed film requires cylinder engraving, with lead time and plate cost set by the number of colours. Customisable: web width, thickness, structure, inner sealing parameters, surface finish, printed layout and roll length. Customised from artwork or sample with free sampling.
