The dual-gusset valve pouch folds a side gusset inwards on each side to create a near-square, stable base. Filled pouches stack without toppling and resist compression in transit, which is why this is the workhorse format for 3L to 25L industrial and agricultural liquids: diesel exhaust fluid (AdBlue), liquid fertiliser, antifreeze, disinfectant and cleaning chemicals.
The outlet is a butterfly valve: turn it 90 degrees to dispense. Flow is high and the valve closes without dripping. Its external thread connects directly to a transfer pump or hose for measured dispensing in the field or on the factory floor. The body is a PA+PE lamination — drop-resistant and puncture-resistant — with a matt or gloss outer finish available.
Lifting loops or handles can be added at the corners; pouches ship inside outer cartons or stacked bare. Customisable: volume, valve type (butterfly, ball or quick-connect), film thickness and barrier grade, handles, matching outer carton, and the full printed layout. Customised from artwork or sample with free sampling.
