The dual-spout stand-up pouch places two independent dispensing outlets on a single body, positioned top and bottom so they never interfere. It suits two situations: products used in portions, where one spout stays sealed while the other is used; and two-component products mixed at the point of use, such as hair dye, epoxy adhesives or dual-agent cleaners, where both components are filled into the same pouch.
The body uses a high-barrier PET+AL+PE structure. The aluminium core layer provides excellent oxygen and moisture barrier for products with demanding shelf-life requirements. A reinforced bottom gusset keeps a full 3L pouch standing without slumping. Each spout can be fitted with a dust cap, a tamper-evident cap or a silicone valve to prevent accidental opening and leakage.
