Start of Production | Xianning Gaishi Technology's Xianle Cap Super Factory

The start-up ceremony for the Xianle Cap Super Factory of Gaishi Technology (Xianning) Co., Ltd. and the SUPER YOUNG fresh-brew beverage was recently held in the Xianning High-tech Zone. It marks that Xianning has added another benchmark enterprise integrating core technology, large-scale manufacturing and brand operation in the field of high-activity healthy beverages.

This intelligent factory represents a total investment of RMB 200 million and a planned annual capacity of 120 million bottles. With investment introduced by Xianning Jingui Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), it is a key investment promotion project of the Xianning High-tech Zone.

From the start of construction last October to formal production, Gaishi Technology took one year to build a 12,000-square-meter smart factory. Relying on an integrated production line for Xianle Caps and aseptic cold filling, the factory achieves fully automated production across the entire process, from ingredient blending, aseptic filling and cap welding to finished-product packaging. Its annual output value is expected to reach RMB 20 million this year, and RMB 360 million once full capacity is reached.

Gaishi Technology is a global provider of total solutions for separated fresh-keeping packaging. Over ten years it has cultivated the core track of fresh-keeping packaging, with cumulative R&D investment of more than RMB 20 million, more than 60 Chinese patents granted, and more than 20 international patents filed across more than 20 countries and regions worldwide. Its core product, the Xianle Cap, uses full-molecular-chain sealing via ultrasonic welding to store active freeze-dried powder completely isolated from the liquid. Before drinking, "one press and one shake, ready in three seconds"; the retention rate of active substances reaches more than 95%, with no need for added preservatives. It is the only low-cost, bottle-ready, mix-on-cap solution in China that can be applied at scale and stably in freeze-dried tea, freeze-dried coffee, probiotics and pharmaceutical fields, and the company has already reached in-depth strategic cooperation with leading domestic beverage brands.

Two major product lines are being prioritized: fresh-brew osmanthus green brick tea and a fresh-brew ergothioneine anti-aging beverage. The former combines Xianning's two signature agricultural products, osmanthus and green brick tea, with modern freshness-locking technology, driving the tea industry and the osmanthus industry toward deep processing and brand upgrading; the latter enters the big-health anti-aging track under the "SUPER YOUNG" brand.

At present, the fresh-brew technology has empowered multiple categories including coffee, matcha, Huangjing (Polygonatum) and Dendrobium, and the company has jointly launched new products such as the AKK postbiotic fresh-brew drink and the fresh-brew Dendrobium wellness drink with Moon Biotech, Yunnan Lichun and others.

At the ceremony, investor Xianning High-Tech Investment Group said that investing in Gaishi Technology "is not only a choice of capital, but also a strategic resonance": first, the technology barrier — separated freshness-locking packaging fundamentally solves the industry pain points of traditional beverages, namely that active substances are hard to preserve and zero-additive formulations are hard to achieve; second, the founding team — the founding team has focused on this niche track for ten years, combining technical accumulation with entrepreneurial commitment; third, the track's prospects — healthy beverages fit Xianning's industrial blueprint of building a "World Capital of Beverages".

Gaishi Technology said that the company will take root in Xianning, empowering three local industries — Chibi green brick tea, Xian'an osmanthus and Chongyang Huangjing — with technology, and will continue to serve frontier synthetic-biology ingredients as they move into mass consumer scenarios. It will deeply integrate into Xianning's "one bottle of water" industrial development agenda, proactively shoulder social responsibility, drive local employment, cultivate industry talent and gather upstream and downstream resources, helping local specialty industry chains upgrade in quality.

The event also featured a group signing ceremony for strategic partners. More than ten companies, including China Tea Hubei, Yangloudong Tea Industry, Moon Biotech and Lichun Freeze-Dried Foods, signed on site, and a factory tour and new product tasting were organized.

In the future, Xianning High-Tech Investment Group will continue to give play to the advantages of a state-owned capital platform in resources, funding and credit, providing all-round support in industrial matchmaking, policy coordination and capital operations, to help Gaishi Technology become a brand-new calling card for Xianning's beverage industry.
