Under the theme of "Transformation, Innovation and Development", the event opened amid warm and friendly applause. Ye Xinliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jinhua Municipal Government, and Lin Hua, President of the Zhejiang Packaging Technology Association, delivered speeches first. In his congratulatory address, Deputy Secretary-General Ye Xinliang affirmed the E-commerce Committee's long-standing preparatory work and congratulated it on its official establishment; he briefly reviewed the course of the development of Jinhua's regional internet economy and expressed the hope that the E-commerce Committee, a "national-level" industry organization, could drive Jinhua's internet economy to new heights. In his address, President Lin Hua extended a warm welcome and thanks to leaders and distinguished guests at all levels and conveyed cordial greetings to colleagues across the national packaging industry; he summarized the achievements of Zhejiang's e-commerce development and analyzed the future trends of Zhejiang's internet economy from political, economic, historical and cultural perspectives. He said that the establishment of the E-commerce Committee had opened up for Zhejiang Province

a brand-new opportunity for the development of industry e-commerce, and expressed the hope that the E-commerce Committee would set sail and accelerate the advancement of

the development of industry e-commerce.

Liu Guojing, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Packaging Federation, read out the approval document agreeing to the establishment of

the "E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation", and Wang Li, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the China Packaging Federation, presented a plaque to Gong Jingqiang, Director of the E-commerce Committee Preparatory Committee, amid warm applause from the whole hall.

Executive Deputy Secretary-General Wang Li addressed the meeting. She said that in order to advance the packaging industry's

"integration of informatization and industrialization" and help traditional packaging enterprises transform and upgrade, the China Packaging Federation had long been considering the establishment of a professional e-commerce committee. The reasons the E-commerce Committee settled in Jinhua and is operated by Zhejiang Hongrenyuan E-commerce Co., Ltd. are mainly twofold: first, the China Packaging Network under Hongrenyuan already has 15 years of industry influence, and second, Jinhua treats the internet economy as its "No. 1 industry", making the E-commerce Committee's presence in Jinhua inevitable. Wang Li spoke highly of the E-commerce Committee's preparatory work and expressed the hope that, taking this inaugural meeting as an opportunity and under the leadership of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the committee would make persistent efforts and achieve new results, contributing more to advancing the development of China's packaging industry.

Wang Li, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the China Packaging Federation, presents the plaque

After receiving the E-commerce Committee plaque, Gong Jingqiang, Director of the Preparatory Committee, gave an acceptance speech and delivered the "Work Report of the E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation" to the meeting. In the report he said that since the start of preparations, after more than half a year of effort, the E-commerce Committee had reached strategic cooperation agreements with provincial and municipal associations and several colleges and universities, and had completed the preparatory

organization's staffing. He thanked the China Packaging Federation, the provincial packaging federation, the Jinhua Municipal Government and the leaders of the development zone for their support and help during the preparatory process. In the future, on the basis of improving its own organizational development, the E-commerce Committee will vigorously promote

the application of e-commerce in the industry, give full play to the advantages of an industry body, and help provide guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to transform and upgrade in their e-commerce application.

The report also laid out six future priorities for the E-commerce Committee: first, strengthening the promotion of its organizational structure; second, innovating supporting application services; third, enhancing exchanges between enterprises and colleges; fourth, conducting in-depth research on industry characteristics; fifth, raising enterprises' service awareness; and sixth, establishing e-commerce training institutions.

Gong Jingqiang, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the E-commerce Committee, delivers the work report

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the China Packaging Federation, the meeting reviewed and approved the "Working Guidelines of the E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation" and the "Electoral Measures for the Congress of the E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation", and elected the committee's vice-chairmen and secretary-general, as well as its advisors, standing committee members and committee members. The post of chairman of the E-commerce Committee is temporarily vacant; Gong Jingqiang serves as Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General; Wang Jiajun, Li Qiang, Zhou Licheng, Yu Shiming and Chen Yufeng serve as vice-chairmen; Lin Hua, Zhu Zhiwei and Zheng Jiqing are appointed as advisors to the E-commerce Committee;
