[Structure & Use] This is a 2L double stand-up pouch with a stable standing body and a butterfly valve as the dispensing outlet, suitable for filling and dispensing face mask products. The pouch shape, dimensions and valve position can be customized to match your artwork and filling line, balancing shelf stability with ease of use.
[Material & Specifications] Common lamination structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selectable according to the product and packaging requirements. Multi-layer lamination thickness ranges from 150–250 µm (150–250 microns), matched to pouch type and capacity.
[Printing & Process] Gravure printing in 1–8 colors is applied, following the process flow of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, all completed in our Dongguan, Guangdong factory. Production runs in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, using food-grade materials, with material certificates available upon customer request.
[Customization & MOQ] We support sampling from your physical sample or artwork, with dimensions and artwork customized to your requirements; mass production starts after artwork proofing and sample approval. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suitable for brands and filling plants planning batch production.
[Selection Notes] For face mask products, the lamination structure and thickness combination can be selected based on filling method, valve dispensing needs and transport conditions. If you need to compare with other sizes or pouch types, samples and drawings can be provided for sampling confirmation.
