Dongguan Kangdi Packaging's 3L four-side seal liquid pouch bags with spout for vinegar use a four-side seal pouch structure with a spout heat-sealed onto the pouch. They are designed for vinegar liquid filling and dispensing. The 3L format matches the corresponding liquid packaging volume, and the spout supports pouring or dispensing.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). The material combination can be selected according to vinegar liquid characteristics and customer packaging requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization services include proofing from samples/drawings and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The four-side seal with spout structure is suitable for 3L vinegar liquid packaging needs and for liquid flexible packaging that requires spout dispensing.
