Thickness is 150–250 µm (multilayer laminate).
Specification is 2kg, suitable for tea packaging. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, with custom size and artwork/layout available on request. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, produced in a 10000-class clean workshop.
Production process: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and can customize size and layout according to customer requirements.
For custom 2kg tea pure aluminium structure packaging, samples or artwork can be provided for proofing; after confirmation, production follows the above laminate options, thickness, print colors, and bag requirements.
