The pouch is formed by three-side heat sealing and has no spout structure, suitable for soy sauce liquid packaging scenarios that require a corresponding filling method. Pouch dimensions and artwork can be customized according to filling equipment and content requirements.
Materials and thickness: Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer composite thickness can be 150–250 µm. The specific structure can be selected according to barrier, light-blocking, puncture resistance, and heat-sealing requirements for soy sauce packaging.
Printing and production: Gravure printing is used, supporting 1–8 color printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization and MOQ: Sample/artwork proofing is supported, and sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. The MOQ for 1L soy sauce liquid pouch bags is 10,000 pcs. Suitable for packaging soy sauce and other liquid products. Sample bags, drawings, or size specifications are welcome for evaluation.
