The 500ml concentrated liquid pouch bag uses a three-side seal, no-spout structure, distinguishing it from spouted or shaped liquid pouches. It is designed for concentrated liquid packaging in a flat three-side sealed pouch format, with custom size and layout available upon request.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). Food-grade materials are available, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and can customize size and layout according to customer requirements. Customers can confirm the 500ml specification, three-side seal no-spout pouch type, material, thickness, number of printing colors, and layout before production.
