This product is a 5L milk liquid pouch bag with a three-side seal and no spout. The three-side seal, no-spout construction gives a flat pouch format suitable for filling and sealing liquid products such as milk; the 5L specification helps distinguish it from same-size, same-use pouches with a spout or other seal types.
Materials can be selected according to customer requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Common multi-layer lamination thickness is 150–250 µm; the specific structure, thickness, and dimensions are customized for milk liquid packaging needs. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom; the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Printing and bag making can be carried out according to customer artwork requirements.
