The double stand-up structure allows it to stand for display. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 150–250 µm (multilayer lamination), and the structure can be selected according to contents and use scenario.
For printing and processing, it uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production takes place in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, using food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
