1L Double Stand-up Pouch for Syrup with Butterfly Valve is designed for syrup product packaging. It uses a double stand-up pouch format, 1L capacity, and a butterfly valve, clearly distinguishing it from same-specification, same-use pouches without a butterfly valve or with other valve types. Dongguan Kangdi Packaging can provide sampling and customization based on customer samples or drawings.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). The composite structure can be selected within the above material range according to syrup packaging needs.
Production process: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production base is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom; materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
This 1L syrup double stand-up pouch with butterfly valve supports sample/image proofing and custom size and layout according to customer requirements, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Specific structure, printed layout, and proofing plan can be confirmed based on customer samples or drawings.
