This product is a pure aluminium structure foil pouch designed for 1kg coffee bean packaging. The pure aluminium structure uses AL foil as a barrier layer, distinguishing it from metallized VMPET structures; common AL foil-containing composite structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE.
Optional composite materials also include PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer composite thickness is 150–250 µm. Printing is 1–8 color gravure printing, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces.
Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10000-class cleanroom. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization services include sample/image proofing and custom sizes and layouts per customer requirements. For 1kg coffee bean packaging, customers can choose the pure aluminium structure or corresponding composite structures; production is arranged after confirming size and printed layout.
