This double stand-up pouch is built for small and medium liquid packaging. The double stand-up structure with folded bottom gussets keeps the bag steady on the shelf and gives a flat, wide display panel. The top can be fitted with a spout, a butterfly valve or a screw cap, while wide heat-sealed edges and rounded corners make filling and pouring clean and simple. Compared with glass bottles and rigid containers, it cuts shipping weight and breakage risk.
The bag body uses multi-layer laminates such as PET, NY, AL and PE, with an aluminium foil layer that blocks oxygen, light and moisture to help keep the contents fresh. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, covering full-coverage designs, spot colours and matt or gloss finishes with sharp detail and stable adhesion. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and valve type can all follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications include juice concentrate, hydrogen-rich water, mineral water, wine, sauces and other liquids, as well as household and industrial liquid filling. Customisation starts from your sample or artwork: once the material structure, capacity and print file are confirmed, we move to sampling and bulk production. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and integrated printing, lamination and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production scheduled as agreed.
