This double stand-up pouch uses a gusseted bottom that lets a filled bag stand upright on the shelf or inside a carton. Sealing can be four-side or three-side, with adjustable seal width and corner radius. The dispensing end is available with a butterfly valve, spout or screw cap, welded directly onto the pouch body for a flat and secure seal. Filled bags can be packed as they are, or inserted into an outer box to work as a bag-in-box inner liner.
The pouch is built from food-grade aluminium foil laminates, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE, and the layer combination can be adjusted for heat resistance, light blocking and oxygen barrier. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, and we accept custom artwork, samples and drawings, with matt, gloss or spot finishes available. Capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and spout sizes can be tooled to match your filling line.
Typical applications include juice, concentrated syrup, wine, edible oil, sauces and liquid household products, and the bag can be paired with a carton as a bag-in-box system. Our workflow covers requirement review, sample and artwork confirmation, trial samples, mass production and shipment. We manufacture in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop with in-house 1-8 colour gravure lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film is available.
