This double stand-up pouch is built on a dual self-standing structure, with folded gussets heat-sealed at the base so the filled bag stands firmly on the shelf. It is designed for medium to large liquid volumes. The bag can be fitted with a valve spout, a standard spout or a silicone delivery tube; the valve controls flow and seals the outlet, so the pouch can connect to yogurt makers, beverage dispensers and similar machines. Top and side seals can be adjusted to suit different filling lines.
Body material options include food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with an inner sealing layer suited to liquid contact for good barrier, flexibility and puncture resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail and stable colour across full-coverage backgrounds and multi-colour artwork. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter, tube length and outlet design can all be tailored to your filling line.
Typical applications cover dairy products, yogurt, fermented milk drinks, juices, sauces, syrups and concentrates, as well as refill pouches for yogurt makers, coffee machines and beverage dispensers. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, we confirm structure, material and printing, then produce a proof for approval before mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 cleanroom, sample-based and drawing-based customisation, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film on request.
