This BIB bag-in-box pouch is built for continuous filling lines in liquid food production. The bag body uses a connected design, with several pouches joined along a positioning edge so they can run through automatic fillers without interruption. Each spout is fitted with a 96oz screw cap that opens and closes smoothly and seals reliably; other spout or valve formats can be fitted on request. Seals are flat and even, keeping the bag stable and shape-retaining after filling.
The pouch is made from food-grade laminated film, commonly PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, and the structure can be adjusted to suit different contents and sterilisation methods. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image detail and consistent colour reproduction for brand artwork. Volumes range from 100ml to 20L, and spouts, caps, handles and other fittings can be combined as needed, with clear, matte or foil finishes available.
Typical applications include coffee liquid, milk tea, syrups and juice concentrates for catering and food factories, as well as liquid household and personal care products. The custom process starts with a sample or artwork, then material and specification confirmation, followed by sampling and mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, supporting customisation from samples or drawings. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with matching roll film available, and production and delivery follow the confirmed schedule.
