This BIB bag-in-box is designed for brands and packers that need to store and ship liquid products in larger volumes. The inner bag works together with an outer carton or drum, cutting transport volume and storage costs. It can be built as a gusseted stand-up structure with clean, strong four-side seals that resist leakage at the corners. Outlet options include standard spouts, spouted caps and press-type dispensing valves. Once filled, the bag drops straight into the box and still reseals well after opening, so users can draw liquid over and over again.
The bag body is usually made from metallized film, aluminium foil laminate or PE/PA composite, and the barrier layer can be adjusted to suit different fillings while balancing light, moisture and puncture resistance. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving sharp detail and consistent colour across repeat runs, with quick changeover between artwork versions. Volumes range from 100ml to 20L, and bag dimensions can be engineered around your actual fill weight. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for your own filling lines.
