This BIB bag-in-box is built as a high-barrier liquid packaging solution. The pouch uses a stand-up base with a double-gusset fold, so it stays upright after filling and is easy to pack and ship. A butterfly valve or spout can be fitted at the top, with the valve seat heat-sealed to the pouch body for a flat, secure edge. Dispensing is smooth and clean, which suits repeated use. The structure can be adjusted to match existing filling equipment and handling habits, keeping pressure resistance and leak control in mind.
The pouch body is usually made from aluminum foil laminated film, such as PET / foil / nylon / PE multi-layer structures, which resist oxygen and moisture and limit the effect of light and air on the contents. Surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail and stable registration for brand artwork and product information. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, valve diameters and dispensing styles can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical uses include juice, fruit concentrate, mineral water, tea drinks, sauces and edible oil, as well as industrial and household liquids. Custom work starts with a requirements review, sample or artwork confirmation and structural prototyping, then moves to volume production with a dedicated contact throughout. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 cleanroom. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and batches are organised according to the production schedule.
