This BIB bag-in-box is built around a flexible inner pouch held in a rigid outer carton, with liquid dispensed through a butterfly valve; a spout version is also available on request. The pouch is made by four-side-seal or center-seal bag making, and the valve is heat-sealed to the film for a firm, leak-resistant joint. Discharge is smooth with low product residue, which suits liquids poured repeatedly over a longer storage cycle. Folded flat, the empty bags take up little space for storage and freight.
The pouch is normally a lamination of a food-grade PE inner layer, a high-barrier middle layer and a PA or PET outer layer, giving stable oxygen and moisture resistance; the film structure can be adjusted to suit the filling. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps artwork detail and registration consistent, and we support custom layouts from your samples or drawings. Common capacities run from 1L to 20L, with bag dimensions and valve position made to order. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications include probiotic drinks, juice, milk, syrups, concentrates and sauces. Our custom process starts with a review of your requirements, then sample or drawing confirmation, proofing, mass production and shipment. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop, so bag making, printing and finishing stay in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production can be scheduled to your plan.
