This BIB bag-in-box pouch is designed for liquid storage and dispensing. The pouch uses reinforced seals on all four sides, with a foldable bottom that lets it stand and fit neatly into a corrugated outer box. The spout can be a one-way nozzle, a butterfly valve or a standard screw cap, giving smooth flow and easy resealing. Handle options are available for takeaway and retail use.
The pouch body is laminated from PET, NY, AL or metallized film with a food-grade PE sealing layer, and the barrier structure can be adjusted to suit different contents. Volumes range from about 100ml to 5L, including common 1L, 3L and 5L sizes. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, and we support customization from samples or artwork. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines.
Typical applications include coffee concentrate, fruit juice, wine, syrup, soy sauce and other beverages packed in bag-in-box format, as well as takeaway, cross-border shipping and in-store refilling. The customization process usually starts with a requirement discussion, then sample or artwork confirmation, sampling, and bulk production after the sample pouch is approved. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and printing through bag making is handled in-house for on-time delivery.
