The BIB bag-in-box pairs a flexible laminated pouch with a rigid flip-top valve. Common formats include stand-up and gusseted block pouches with three- or four-side heat sealing, giving clean, strong seals that resist dropping and squeezing. A flip-top valve, butterfly valve or spout can be fitted on the top or side of the pouch, allowing smooth dispensing and a clean cut-off. Once filled, the pouch drops into a carton for tidy storage, transport and repeated dispensing of liquids.
Pouch bodies are typically built from food-grade PET/PE, nylon laminates or aluminium foil structures, and the barrier level is chosen to match the contents and storage requirement. We support 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps artwork sharp and colours consistent with the brand palette. Standard volumes run from 1L to 20L, while pouch dimensions, valve diameter and fitment type can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available for customers who fill and seal in-house.
These bags are widely used by milk tea chains, dairy processors, juice and syrup producers, edible oil brands and household chemical liquid lines for bulk transport and in-store dispensing. Our custom process supports samples and drawings: confirm pouch type, material structure and artwork, then move on to sampling and mass production. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, our factory runs a Class 100,000 clean room and handles film blowing, printing and bag making in one place.
