This BIB bag-in-box uses a transparent laminated pouch that sits inside an outer carton. All four sides are heat-sealed for strength, and the outlet can be fitted with a butterfly valve or a spout. The valve is thermally welded to the pouch, so it stays leak-resistant after filling while opening smoothly and pouring at a steady rate. The clear film lets users check the remaining volume at a glance, which suits liquid products that need both shelf visibility and reliable dispensing.
The pouch is built from food-grade multi-layer laminated film, with barrier combinations chosen according to the filling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving clean detail and consistent colour across runs, with full-coverage, spot and white-space designs all possible. Standard capacities run from 1L to 20L, and seal width, valve position and pouch dimensions can be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for customers running their own filling lines.
Typical applications include fruit juice, lactic acid drinks, syrups, condensed milk, edible oil and concentrated liquids, as well as bulk filling for catering and food processing plants. To customise, send a sample, artwork, capacity and valve requirements; we quote and make samples, then schedule production once approved. Our plant in Dongguan, Guangdong, runs a 10,000-class cleanroom and gravure printing lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with sample- and drawing-based customisation and on-time delivery.
