This BIB bag-in-box uses an integrated spout design, with the spouted valve formed together with the bag body to reduce joint leakage risk. The pouch is sealed by three-side or four-side sealing for flat, strong edges, and after filling it drops directly into a corrugated carton or paper box to form a complete bag-in-box system. The outlet can be a standard spout, a pointed valve or a press-type valve, giving easy dispensing, controlled flow and low residual liquid, and it suits automatic filling lines.
Film structure is based on pure aluminium foil or metallised high-barrier laminates, combined with PET, NY and PE layers as required for oxygen and light barrier plus drop resistance; both clear and foil versions can be produced. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses for fine detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss and spot effects available. Standard volumes span 1L to 20L, and bag size, spout diameter and valve type can be customised from your samples or drawings. Matching roll film in the same structure is also supplied.
Typical applications include mineral water, juice, syrup, edible oil, soy sauce, detergents and industrial liquids, serving beverage plants, condiment factories and liquid filling workshops. The custom process starts with requirement discussion, sample or drawing confirmation, trial sampling, then mass production and shipment follow-up. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house gravure printing, lamination and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with film-to-bag production completed under one roof.
