This BIB bag-in-box features a three-dimensional bag design that works with a carton or outer box, making it suitable for storing, transporting, and dispensing large-volume liquids. The bag is formed with four-side seal or center seal construction, giving balanced strength and a neat side profile. Nozzle, butterfly valve, or quick-connect valve options are available for smooth filling and end-user dispensing. Clear or translucent film helps with liquid level checking, and the appearance can be adjusted according to your packaging plan.
The bag can be made from PE, PET, PA, foil, and other laminated materials, with single-layer or multi-layer structures selected according to the liquid formula. This helps balance barrier performance, puncture resistance, and seal strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear graphics and consistent colour. We support customization from samples or drawings and can also supply matching roll film in the same material. Standard capacities cover 100ml–5L, while bag shape, fitment position, and valve specifications can be adjusted for filling and transport needs.
