This high-barrier aluminum foil spouted pouch is built on a stand-up format, with a gusseted base that keeps the pack upright on the shelf and a flat, secure seal along the edges. The top can be fitted with a screw spout, flip-top spout or one-way valve, which suits low-deuterium water, hydrogen-rich water and other liquids that must stay sealed against oxygen and light. Handles, tamper-evident zippers and straw holes can be added. Spout diameter, opening position and pouch dimensions are re-drawn to match your filling line.
The laminate is typically PET / aluminum foil / nylon / PE or CPP. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, while the food-grade inner layer is the direct liquid-contact surface. A plasticiser-free formulation is available to reduce migration and odour risk. Printing runs in 1-8 colour gravure, with matt, gloss, spot varnish and QR coding options. Standard volumes span 100ml–5L, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied.
Typical uses include low-deuterium water, hydrogen-rich water, enzymes, juice concentrate, sauces and household liquids, for chilled or ambient distribution. Custom work starts with a short brief, then a sample once the pouch shape and spout are agreed; we can also develop from your artwork or physical sample, and move to printing, lamination and bag making after approval. Our plant sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and shipment scheduled against agreed milestones.
