This aluminized foil trapezoidal bag is built for coatings, paints and curing agents. The tapered shape, narrow at the top and wider at the base, keeps the bag standing upright and easy to stack. It can be produced with three-side or four-side sealing, an optional bottom gusset for extra volume and stiffness, and clean, tight seal edges that help reduce leakage. Depending on how you fill and dispense, we can add a plain open top, a screw spout or a valve outlet for controlled pouring.
The structure combines aluminium foil or metallized film with PET, NY and PE laminates, giving a good balance of barrier performance and flexibility against light, oxygen and moisture, which suits coatings and curing agents that are sensitive to odour and curing. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with fine detail and consistent colour, in matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, height, gusset and spout diameter can all be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film is available.
Typical applications include waterborne polyurethane coatings, waterproof floor paint, flooring paint, curing agents, resins and chemical additives, as well as adhesives and cleaners in liquid or paste form. Our customization process starts with your sample or artwork to confirm the structure, followed by a proof and pre-production sample before bulk runs. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, we run a Class 10000 clean workshop and handle printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
