Designed for ice gel, freezer packs and cooler bag inserts, this aluminum foil / metallized pouch comes in three-side seal, four-side seal and stand-up zipper formats. The body holds its shape well once filled with ice crystal powder or super absorbent resin. Options include flat top, zipper, spout and one-way valve openings, with wide heat-sealed edges and rounded corners that resist cracking under drop impact and low temperatures, fitting neatly into picnic bags and insulated delivery boxes.
Structures are built from aluminum foil or metallized PET laminated with PE or CPP sealant layers, and film weight and layer count can be tuned for moisture barrier, light blocking and cold resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering full coverage backgrounds, spot colours and matte or gloss finishes. Pouch size, volume, thickness and seal width are made to your drawing, with common volumes from 100ml to 5L. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
Typical applications include frozen food, ice crystal powder, fresh cold chain, takeaway insulation and outdoor picnic products, as well as powders and granules that need moisture and light protection. The customization process runs from requirement discussion and sampling against your sample or artwork, through sample confirmation, to bulk production and shipment. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 cleanroom, supporting customization from samples or drawings, MOQ 10,000 pcs, and production planned against the confirmed schedule.
