This stand-up spouted pouch is designed for liquid products such as construction adhesives, paints and printing inks. The bag is built with three-side or four-side sealed edges and a gusseted bottom, so it stands upright after filling and stacks neatly on shelves. A screw cap or flip-top spout sits on top, giving smooth, repeatable dispensing with less dripping and residue; an inner plug or valve can be added on request. Seam width, corner radius and tear notch are all adjustable to match your filling equipment and end-user habits.
The laminate can be built from aluminum foil or metallized film combined with PET, nylon and PE layers, balancing barrier performance and corrosion resistance for solvent- or oil-based formulas. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving sharp graphics and consistent colour, with matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and film thickness can be customised from your sample or drawing.
Typical applications include construction adhesives, nail-free glue, paint, ink, oil film and coating hardeners, as well as detergents and care liquids in small to medium volumes. Customisation starts with confirming the structure and material, followed by sampling and approval, then bulk production and outgoing inspection; samples and drawings are both welcome. Our plant is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, matching roll film available, and delivery scheduled against the confirmed production plan.
