This aluminum foil/metallized bag is designed for small-volume flexible packaging of water-based inks and dyes. The standard style is a three-side seal pouch, and it can also be shaped to match a supplied sample, with clean, strong seals suited to solvent-resistant inner formulations. Depending on your filling line, the pouch can be fitted with a spout, valve or tear notch, and spout position and diameter are adjustable. Matching roll film in the same structure is available for automatic form-fill-seal machines.
The structure is built on aluminum foil or metallized laminated film, combining an outer print layer, a barrier core and an inner heat-seal layer selected for the filled product. A solvent-resistant inner layer helps limit attack from inks and dyes at the seal area. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork or sample matching and options such as matte finish, full coverage or spot varnish. Common capacities run from 100ml to 5L; bag dimensions, spout size and seal width follow your fill volume and packing line.
Typical applications include water-based inks, water-based dyes, pigment pastes and chemical additives packed in small to medium volumes. The custom process starts with confirming the product and capacity, then sharing a sample, drawing or sketch; we propose a structure and print plan, then move to proofing and production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, in-house gravure printing and bag making, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery against the confirmed schedule.
