This stand-up pouch is designed for cili juice concentrate and similar liquid products. The widened bottom gusset lets the filled bag stand upright for strong shelf presence, while the wide heat-sealed edges stay flat and firm against drops and squeezing. A spout with a switchable screw cap sits at the top, so consumers can open it easily, pour smoothly and re-close it between uses. Other spout or valve options can also be matched to your filling line.
The structure laminates aluminium foil with food-grade films to create a high barrier against oxygen, moisture and light, helping to slow oxidation and protect flavour and colour. The outer layer can be printed in 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear detail and consistent shades, from full coverage to matt finishes and window designs. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film is available for continuous filling.
Typical uses include juice drinks, fruit concentrates, jams, sauces, dairy and liquid supplements, as well as liquid household and agrochemical products. To customise, send us a sample bag, artwork or reference image; we confirm the structure and print effect, then produce a sample for approval before mass production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop covering printing, lamination and bag making, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
