These aluminium foil spouted pouches are built mainly as four-side seal bags, with flat, firm seals and a stiff panel that keeps the pack standing after filling. The spout is available with a screw cap, flip-top or one-way valve, giving smooth pouring without backflow - a practical choice for liquids that need flow control and leak resistance. The same laminate can also be made into flat three-side or four-side seal pouches for powders and creams. Bag size, spout diameter and seal width all follow your sample or drawing.
The pouch body is usually a foil laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/AL/NY/PE, where the aluminium layer blocks light and raises the barrier, and the inner layer is a food-grade heat-seal film. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving stable solids and gradients, with matte or gloss finishes available. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L; film thickness, pouch style and spout size are set by the product and filling method.
Typical uses include collagen oral liquids, enzyme drinks, probiotic beverages and fruit or sauce concentrates in small retail and trial sizes.
