These brush-tip spout pouches are built for lip gloss, lip tint and other cosmetic liquids. The bag can be produced as a stand-up pouch, three-side seal pouch or a custom contoured shape. A screw spout on top holds a brush or applicator tip, and the cap seals tight to control dispensing. Heat-sealed edges stay flat and firm, with tear notches and hang holes available on request for retail display and travel use.
Common laminates include PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. The aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen, while the metallized layer balances light protection with cost. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces gradients, spot colours and fine text; matte or glossy surface finishes are available. Typical volumes run from 5ml to 100ml, and pouch size, spout diameter and applicator style can all follow your drawing.
The pouches suit cosmetics, skincare, personal care and sample-size ranges such as lip gloss, lip tint, liquid highlighter, eyeshadow liquid, serums and hair oils.
