This shaped stand-up aluminum foil pouch is built around a bottom-gusset base with a top-mounted spout, and the outline can be adjusted to suit the product — children's jelly often uses a die-cut shaped profile, while juice and beverages usually take a standard stand-up spout format. Three-side or four-side seals keep the edges flat and secure, and the fitment can be a straight spout, a screw-cap spout or a valve version for hot-fill and ambient filling lines. A tear notch at the seal area lets consumers open or drink directly.
Typical laminates include PET/foil/PE, PET/metallized film/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE multi-layer structures, chosen according to the filling content and sterilization method. The foil layer blocks oxygen and moisture, while metallized film balances light barrier and cost. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing with full-colour backgrounds, spot colours and gradients, and we support sample-based and artwork-based customization. Volumes run from 50ml to 500ml, extendable to 1L, with pouch width, spout diameter and film thickness all open to discussion. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
